The following cases were resolved by Havre City Judge Janie Hedstrom in September.

Larae Puanani Danita Hughes, born in 1975, had dismissed by the court a charge of resisting arrest.

In a subsequent case, Hughes had dismissed by the court a charge of theft of lost or mislaid property.

Kallie Elaine Marin, born in 1967, had dismissed by the court a charge of licensee, or employee, selling an alcoholic beverage to a person intoxicated or under age 21.

——

A man born in 2001, who was originally charged as a minor in 2018, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for MIP, under 18, first offense, and given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $10 for open container violation.

Madison Rose Corcoran, born in 1998, had deferred by the prosecution charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, first offense.

——

Russell Clifford Cooper, born in 1970, had dismissed by prosecution a charge of disorderly conduct.

In a subsequent case, Cooper had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of littering on public ways.

Sheila Eve Walker, born in 1969, was fined $250 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense, was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense; and was fined $10 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended and two credited, for open container violation.

In a subsequent case, Walker was fined $2,500 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 350 days suspended and 15 credited, for aggravated DUI, first offense; had dismissed by the prosecution a charges o obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest; and was fined $350 for owner permitting operation of a vehicle without liability insurance, second offense.

Kyle Lee Lamere, born in 1990, was fined $300 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 360 days suspended and five credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third or subsequent offense, and was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for criminal mischief pecuniary loss less than $1,500.

Audrey Mae Bauer, born in 1971 was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for assault.

Ricky John Clark Jr., born in 1995, was fined $300 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 363 days suspended and two credited, for partner or family member assault causing injury, second offense, amended from first offense, and was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.

In a subsequent case, Clark had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of violation of a protective order, first offense.

In a later case, Clark had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of partner or family member assault causing injury, second offense.

In a fourth case, Clark had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of violation of a no contact order.

James Lawrence Daychild, born in 1972, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, seven days suspended and three credited, for disorderly conduct, second or subsequent offense within a year.

Andrew John Frickel, born in 2001, had dismissed by the prosecution three charges: two counts of disorderly conduct, first offense, and false reports to law enforcement; was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for criminal mischief pecuniary loss less than $1,500; and was fined $100 for MIP, over 18, first offense.

In a subsequent case, Frickel was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, for negligent endangerment, amended from DUI of any dangerous drugs, first offense; had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of reckless driving, first offense; and was fined $100 for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one.

Victor Edward King, born in 1988, forfeited $100 bond for electronic communication device usage while driving.

Angel Rose Gilead, born in 2001, had dismissed by the court a charge of violation of a protective order, first offense.

Dylan Thomas Potter, born in 1979, was fined $200 for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one; was fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense; and was fined $20 for stop sign violation.

Daniel Edward Otto, born in 1987, forfeited $250 bond for owner permitting operation of a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Kaylee B. Snell, born in 2001, was fined $200 for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one, and was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $250 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Jeffrey Anthony Rodrigez, born in 1982, was fined $200 for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Kayla Marie Turner, born in 1994, was fined $200 for driving without a valid driver’s license.

——

A boy born in 2003 was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $50 for electronic communications device usage while driving.

Martin Duane Flying, born in 1992, had deferred by the prosecution a charge or partner or family member assault causing injury, first offense.

Joseph Leonard Rosette, born in 2002, was fined $200 for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one, and was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $250 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

——

Dustin Wade Bacon, born in 1988, was given a deferred imposition of sentence for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

——

Charles Wayne McIntosh, born in 1956, was fined $100 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without insurance, second offense, and was fined $20 for seat belt violation.

——

Dustin Paul Kessel, born in 1976, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $20 for seat belt violation and was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $50 for electronic communications device usage while driving prohibited.

Megan Renae Britt, born in 2001, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for owner permitting operation of a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Erick Xavier Muniz II, born in 1993, was fined $100 for owner permitting operation of a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense; was found guilty of operating a vehicle with expired registration; and was fined $30 for careless driving.

Peter Isaac Smith, born in 1983, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct, first offense, and was fined $250 for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, first offense.

——

Allen Monte Roberts, born in 1944, was fined $100 for owner permitting operation of a vehicle without liability insurance, second offense.

——

Tara Lea Hollingshead, born in 1991, had dismissed by the prosecution charges of after hours operation of a liquor establishment and sale of alcoholic beverages during closed hours.

Louise May Briere, born in 1990, was fined $300 for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one.

——

Jeremiah Leookamauna Duque-Hughes, born in 2001, had dismissed by the court a charge of failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, and forfeited $20 bond for seat belt violation.

In a later case, Duque-Hughes had dismissed by the court charges of operating an unregistered vehicle and failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Tristan Alan Labatte, born in 2000, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for MIP, over 18, first offense.

Lane Thomas Allen, born in 2001, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $50 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Kayla Jean Ameline, born in 1983, was given a deferred imposition of sentence for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Curtis George Healy, born in 2001, was fined $200 for MIP, over 18, second offense.

Raymond Joseph Azure, born in 2001, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct, first offense, and was fined $100 for MIP, over 18, first offense.

Jeremie Daniel Brandon, born in 1976, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana, first offense.

——

Savana Hope Kannberg, born in 2000, was fined $200 for MIP, over 18, second offense.

——

Riley David Kurtz, born in 1998, had dismissed by the court a charge of owner permitting operation of a vehicle without liability insurance, second offense.

——

Sierra Paige Kannberg, born in 1991, forfeited $100 for electronic communication device usage while driving.

Tylanna Rochelle Adams, born in 1997, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $50 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Holly Jo Roastingstick, born in 1973, was found guilty of disorderly conduct, first offense, and was fined $75 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for trespass to property.

Michael Dayne Sutherland, born in 1987, was found guilty of animals running at large, first offense, and aggressive animals, first offense.

——

Chelsea Jeannette Presnell, born in 1995, was found guilty of operating a vehicle with expired registration.

——

Chris Berry Martin, born in 1972, was found guilty of operating a vehicle with expired registration.

——

Timothy Lee Dennis, born in 1982, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $75 for possession of marijuana, first offense, and was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $75 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three days credited, for possession of drug paraphernalia.

——

Jasmin Shay Demontiney, born in 1996, was found guilty of disorderly conduct and of criminal mischief, pecuniary loss less than $1,500.

——

Lorraine Henderson, born in 2001 was fined $100 for MIP, over 18, first offense.

In a later case, Henderson was fined $200 for MIP, over 18, second offense, and was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $75 for theft, unauthorized control over property, first offense.

——

Daniel Jacob Ochoa, born in 1989, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

——

Acoyla Nathan Gopher, born in 1997, was found guilty of disorderly conduct, second offense.

——

Tiffany Mariah Cash-Peet, born in 1996, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal contempt.

In a later case, Cash-Peet was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal contempt.

Ronald Edward Schweitzer, born in 1965, was fined $50 for open container violation and was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for DUI, first offense.

——

Joshua Robert Monroe Guyton, born in 1996, was fined $75 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for each of two charges: resisting arrest and trespass to property.

——

Hedstrom also dismissed a citation from 2003 and a case in which the accused had since died. Another 44 citations had only fines of less than $100, and three citations were voided by the ticketing agency.
