Havre Police Department

A Lincoln Avenue caller reported Friday at 12:40 p.m. that items were stolen out of a Jeep.

A caller with Fort Belknap police asked Friday at 12:47 p.m. for assistance finding a vehicle.

Windows were reported broken out of a vehicle at a First Street business Friday at 3:14 p.m.

Lavail Shayne Christian of Poplar, 27, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, and Clay Alan Reum of Wolf Point was issued a summons on a charge of no vehicle insurance during a vehicle stop on First Street Friday at 3:28 p.m.

Zachery James Flansburg of Havre, 26, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, driving under the influence and other traffic crime during a vehicle stop on First Street West Saturday at 1:28 a.m.

Vincent Morin of Harlem, 26, was arrested on charges of DUI, driving while using an electronic communication device and failure to yield right of way after a vehicle crashing into a curb was reported Saturday at 3:10 a.m. at Fourth Avenue and Fifth Street.

A 12th Avenue caller reported Saturday at 10:08 a.m. that someone had driven through their yard and knocked down a fence.

Saturday at 1:07 p.m. a caller reported a vehicle was hit in a business parking lot along Main Street.

A caller at a First Street business reported Saturday at 2:20 p.m. that a customer found a little purse in the parking lot.

Officers investigated after a caller reported Saturday at 2:59 p.m. being worried about a family member on 20th Street.

A 14-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of trespass to property after a caller at an 11th Avenue facility reported Saturday at 3:49 p.m. that a boy tried stealing two baseball bats.

A Third Street caller reported a broken back window in a vehicle at 8:14 p.m. Saturday.

Officers investigated a Saturday 8:46 p.m. reported of a sexual offense in Havre.

A caller on Fifth Avenue reported Sunday at 9:14 p.m. that a woman had stolen his vehicle two hours previous.

An arrest was made after a caller said at 3:03 a.m. this morning that a friend on Fifth Street sent a message asking for help but then wouldn't answer the phone. No details on the charges were provided.

Two arrests were made after a Third Street caller reported two family members in a verbal argument this morning at 4:35. No details were provided on the charges.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Friday, three Saturday and five Sunday.

Firefighters responded to a call on the 800 Block of Fourth Street Saturday at 5:14 p.m., but no one was available to provide details.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, two female cats, one male 9-month-old kitten, four male cats and one female 7-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held a Staffordshire bull terrier, three female mixed-breed dogs, a female 10-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 6-month-old shepherd puppy.
