Havre Police Department

A 13th Street caller asked Friday at 3:22 p.m. to speak with the animal control officer about a new dog they had gotten having bitten a child.

Officers relay a Friday 9:52 p.m. report from a caller who said water was shooting out of a pipe on Cleveland Avenue.

--

Tiffany Freya Holley of Scobey, 18, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and headlamp violation after being stopped on Second Avenue Saturday at 12:22 a.m.

--

Douglas Dale Winchell of Box Elder, 49, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and other traffic crime as well as on a Justice or City court warrant after being stopped on Fifth Avenue Saturday at 11:45 a.m.

--

Someone called the police station to let officers know Saturday at 12:29 p.m. that a scam caller had used the police number in the caller ID to place the scam call.

Aubrey Celine Briere of Havre, 33, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a First Street business at 12:41 p.m. Saturday reported a woman had come into the store twice and was considered a trespasser.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 58, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a 1:58 p.m. Saturday call about a man laying in a parking lot at a Fourth Avenue business prompted officers to speak with Windyboy in the alley between First and Second streets at 2:14 p.m.

Travis Dillon Granger of Havre, 32, was issued a summons on charges of criminal mischief vandalism, violation of a no contact order and trespass to property after a caller on Fifth Street reported Saturday at 2:43 p.m. that a man had broken into the caller's house.

Officers investigated a cross report made by Child and Family Services Saturday at 3:11 p.m.

--

A First Street Northeast caller reported Saturday at 3:20 p.m. that a woman had stolen an ATM card.

--

Dustin Jacob Haas of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of aggravated DUI, failure to yield right of way, and hit and run after a caller at 12th Avenue and 11th Street reported a vehicle crash Sunday at 2:20 a.m.

--

Sunday at 2:27 a.m. a caller on Third Street reported that a vehicle's back passenger-side window had been smashed.

--

A caller at the hospital asked Sunday at 12:46 p.m. to speak with officers about a child.

--

Officers investigated a Sunday 8:20 p.m. complaint that a man had pushed someone.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies were called Friday at 12:07 p.m. to an animal control issue on 22nd Avenue West.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported Friday at 2:55 p.m. from County Road 475 North.

--

Deputies were asked Sunday at 6:03 p.m. to assist someone on Main Street in Kremlin.

--

Sunday at 6:24 p.m., deputies investigated a complaint from County Road 405 South.

--

An assault in which a woman was hit in the head was reported along Highwy 87 West near mile marker 107 Sunday at 8:21 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Friday, five Saturday and three Sunday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two cats and two 1-week-old kittens of unknown gender, four female cats and one male cat.

The shelter also held a Staffordshire bull terrier dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a male mixed-breed dog, a female 10-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 7-month-old shepherd puppy.
