Havre Police Department

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 58, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at 9:21 a.m. Monday in Havre.

A Monday 10:47 a.m. caller at a Montana State University-Northern residence hall reported fraudulent activity on a bank account.

Monday at 11:01 a.m., a caller at First Street and Seventh Avenue reported finding a bike left behind a recycle shed.

A Fifth Street caller reported Monday at 5:56 p.m. that a garage lock had been tampered with.

--

A summons was issued after a caller at a First Street business reported a disturbance with a spouse Monday at 6:20 p.m. No details were provided on the charges.

Charles Glynn Plante of Havre, 42, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge and Jeremy Clement Larsen of Havre, 42, was issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller on Second Street reported a disturbance Monday at 7:01 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Darren Dean Longfox Sr. of Lodge Pole, 50, was arrested on a charge of probation violation, after calling in a complaint on 15th Street Northeast Monday at 5:55 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

The fire department's call log for the 24-hour reporting period was not received before printing deadline today.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat and two 1-week-old kittens of unknown gender, four female cats and three male cats.

The shelter also held a Staffordshire bull terrier dog, two female mixed-breed dogs, a male mixed-breed dog, a female 10-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 7-month-old shepherd puppy.
