Nicholas Moore, 24, listed with a Havre address, was arrested about 8 a.m. Friday on four counts of assault with a weapon, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, disorderly conduct, privacy in communications violation and hate crime after a caller at a First Street establishment reported Thursday at 11:34 p.m. an altercation between patrons.
