Havre Police Department

Nichole Marie Swan of Box Elder, 36, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller reported Friday at 9:07 a.m. that a driver near Sixth Street and Seventh Avenue was driving "crazy."

A First Street caller reported Friday at 12:58 p.m. that a 1965 Chevrolet pickup truck had been hit.

Danae Infante of Havre, 34, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at the police station Friday at 2:04 p.m.

--

A hit and run vehicle crash was reported on 12th Street Friday at 7:25 p.m.

--

James Robert Foster of Havre, 58, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, driving without vehicle insurance and reckless driving after a caller reported a vehicle had struck a pole at a First Street establishment Friday at 9:14 p.m. and a Wilson Avenue caller asked at 10:04 p.m. for extra patrols

A caller at a First Street establishment reported a hit and run vehicle at 11 p.m. Friday.

Heather Lena Marie Lamere of Havre, 26, was arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after a Second Street caller asked Saturday at 5:45 a.m. for assistance with a disturbance involving a woman.

Jesse James Flansburg of Hays, 27, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Saturday at 1:05 p.m.

Sunday at 10:29 a.m., a caller on First Avenue reported a vehicle was hit sometime during the night or early morning.

--

Cordale Cheyenne Beard of Havre, 22, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants during a vehicle stop on 15th Avenue Sunday at 12:13 p.m.

--

A caller on 12th Street reported Sunday at 4:06 p.m. that a man had driven over a light pole and a mailbox.

--

Charles Gabrielle Plante III of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and minor in possession after a person on Third Street reported a disturbance Sunday at 4:10 p.m.

Someone stopped at the police station Sunday at 6:44 p.m. asking to speak with an officer.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Sheriff's office dispatch logs for the weekend was not available due to the national holiday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, nine Saturday, two Sunday and one early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a call on the 10 Block of Third Street West at 1:44 p.m. Saturday. Authorized people were available at the fire department to provide details.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 3-week-old kittens of unknown gender, six male cats and four female cats.

--

The shelter also held a male Staffordshire bull terrier dog, a male and a female 8-week-old mixed breed puppies, two male mixed-breed dog, a female 10-week-old mixed breed puppy, a female 11-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 7-month-old shepherd puppy and a female mixed-breed dog.
