A caller at 7:49 a.m. Thursday reported a two-vehicle non-injury crash between a RAV 4 and a Chevrolet pickup truck at 13th Street and Fifth Avenue.

A two-vehicle, non-injury crash involving a Jeep and a Chevrolet car was reported at 8:01 a.m. at Eighth Avenue and 15th Street.

A 12-year-old and a 13-year-old were each issued a summons on charges of minor in possession, shoplifting, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and juvenile curfew violation after a caller at a First Street business reported a theft of alcohol at 1:16 a.m. today.

Officers notified Havre Public Works of a water break reported at 5:36 a.m. today at Boulevard Avenue and 13th Street West.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
Jazzmine Te Morin of Havre, 19, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a 911 call with people talking and someone crying in the background was received by dispatch at 3:09 p.m. Thursday and traced to a U.S. Highway 2 East location.

Malinda Marie Descharm of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on a federal warrant at Hill County Detention Center at 3:13 p.m. Thursday.

Deputies were asked by a Havre area caller Thursday at 5:47 p.m. to help try to locate a vehicle stolen in Blaine County.

Alexandria Taye Belgarde of Box Elder, 21, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter at 8:19 p.m. Thursday.

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held two 3-week-old kittens of unknown gender, six male cats and four female cats.

The shelter also held a female 26-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male Staffordshire bull terrier dog, a male and a female 8-week-old mixed breed puppies, two male mixed-breed dogs, a female 11-week-old mixed breed puppy, a female 11-month-old mixed-breed puppy, two male 23-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male 7-month-old shepherd puppy and a female mixed-breed dog.
Births
A boy was born Thursday, Feb. 18, 2021, to Alicia Wolfchief and Christian Lamere of Box Elder.
