GREAT FALLS — A man admitted Wednesday allegations that he assaulted a woman, causing serious injuries, on the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation, Acting U.S. Attorney Leif Johnson said.
Kelcey James Morsette, 31, pleaded guilty to assault resulting in serious bodily injury. Morsette faces a maximum 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, and three years of supervised release.
Chief U.S. District Judge Brian M. Morris presided and set sentencing for June 2.
Morsette was detained.
