A caller on 11th Street West reported a two-vehicle crash between a Dodge Ram and a FedEx van Monday at 11:39 a.m.

A caller on Third Street West reported a theft, forgery or fraud Monday at 12:30 p.m.

A summons was issued after several callers reported two pit bull-type dogs running loose near First Street and 14th Avenue Monday at 12:40 p.m. No details on charges were provided.

Someone stopped at the police station Monday at 12:43 p.m. to report a theft.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 58, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a Fifth Avenue business reported an intoxicated man sitting in front of a delivery vehicle at 12:52 p.m. Monday.

Two arrests were made in relation to a theft, forgery or fraud reported Monday at 2:48 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business. No details on the charges were provided.

Two arrests were made in relation to a Monday 5:16 p.m. report of shoplifting at a First Street West business. No details on the charges were provided.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Daniele Marie Brown of Havre, 52, was arrested on a charge of aggravated driving under the influence after a caller on U.S. Highway 87 reported Monday at 11:07 p.m. that a vehicle driven by an intoxicated female was stuck alongside the road.

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 5-week-old kittens of unknown gender, five male cats, one female and one male 26-week-old kittens, and three female cats.

The shelter also held a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, two male 10-week-old mixed breed puppies, a female and two male 8-week-old mixed breed puppies, two male mixed-breed dogs, two female 13-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male 11-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 26-week-old German shepherd puppy and a male 8-month-old shepherd puppy. Another three puppies, all mixed-breed 8-week-old males, were being housed separately.
