Havre police Tuesday reported that charges of making false reports to law enforcement were being filed against Joey Ray Azure and charges against Millo Montgomery Moore of Havre, 28, were being dropped The Havre Police dispatch log for the weekend reported Moore was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller reported that a family member called to ask him to call for law enforcement assistance.
