State and local COVID-19 update, March 4, 2021

The total number of cases of COVID-19 in Montana on the state map after today’s update was 100,531 with 181 new cases, 1,657 active. The number of active hospitalizations was 73. The number of deaths was 1,375.

Blaine County Health Department reported Wednesday evening being notified Tuesday and Wednesday of 5 new cases, 727 total, 8 active, 24 deaths

Hill County Health Department reported Wednesday evening being notified of 9 new cases, 1,914 total, 22 active, 3 active hospitalizations, 40 deaths

Fort Belknap reported Wednesday evening, also reported on either Blaine or Phillips County numbers, no new cases, 414 total, 7 active, no active hospitalizations, 12 deaths.

Phillips County Health Department reported Wednesday evening 2 new cases, 506 total, 8 active, 3 active hospitalizations, 15 deaths.

Liberty County reported on the state update this morning, had no new cases, 117 total, 1 active, 1 death

Chouteau County reported on the state update this morning, had 1 new case, 491 total, 3 active, 5 deaths
