Havre Police Department
A caller at Fifth Avenue and Eighth Street reported a two-vehicle crash between two SUVs Thursday at 8 a.m.
Two summonses were issued after an assault was reported at the police station at 12:06 p.m. Thursday, but no details on the charges were provided.
A sexual offense was reported at the police station Thursday at 12:06 p.m.
Kayla Celeste Lodgepole of Havre, 23, was issued a summons on charges of dog at large and vicious dog violations after a caller at 14th Avenue and Third Street Thursday at 12:19 p.m.
Earl Charles Rainingbird of Box Elder, 53, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer stopped to investigate suspicious activity involving a man on First Street Thursday at 8:11 p.m.
James Lewis Martin of Havre, 25, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and driving under the influence after a caller at a business on First Street West reported at 1:18 a.m. today that a man was asleep in a vehicle in one of the business' buildings.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
Jason Oliver Morehouse of Havre, 49, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Courthouse Thursday at 9:10 a.m.
A caller on U.S. Highway 87 asked Thursday at 9:56 p.m. for assistance.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Thursday.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held two 5-week-old kittens of unknown gender, five male cats and three female cats.
The shelter also held a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, two male 10-week-old mixed breed puppies, a female and two male 8-week-old mixed breed puppies, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, one male mixed-breed dog, a male 14-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 13-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 6-month-old German shepherd puppy and a male 8-month-old shepherd puppy. Another three puppies, all mixed-breed 9-week-old males, were being housed separately.
