Leann Ahenakew Gardipee of Havre, 44, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants and a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and Clayton Duncan Gardipee Sr. of Havre, 47, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a vehicle stop on 11th Street West Friday at 8:21 a.m.
