Crash just misses door of new clinic

Havre Daily News staff

Planters saved a new Havre clinic from having a vehicle drive through it Friday morning.

Licensed Clinical Practical Counselor Kelley Ferguson, who opened the clinic on Seventh Avenue and Second Street with Family Nurse Practitioner Tammy Ralston last fall, said Friday some logs used to make planters stopped a vehicle just inches from the steps of the clinic.

The facility actually sustained little damage, she said.

Havre police report that Sydney Calf Robe of Great Falls, 24, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and reckless driving after the crash was reported at 7:44 a.m. Friday.
