Havre Police Department

Officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash with injuries at 13th Avenue and Sixth Street at 7:52 a.m. Thursday.

Titus Pedraza of Havre, 38, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a First Street business asked Thursday at 10:42 a.m. to speak with an officer.

A caller at a First Street establishment reported Thursday at 12:04 p.m. to speak with officers about two fake IDs.

--

A dog bite was reported by hospital staff Thursday at 2:31 p.m.

--

A caller on Third Avenue reported Thursday at 5:32 p.m. that a car had backed into a pickup truck.

--

Officers investigated a Thursday 8:48 p.m. report that an intoxicated man on Sixth Street was trying to get into a gun cabinet.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

An arrest was made after a caller in the county asked deputies at 1:10 p.m. Thursday for assistance. No details on the charges were provided.

A sex offense was reported by a caller in the Clear Creek Road area Thursday at 4:06 p.m.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported by a caller on 22nd Avenue West Thursday at 6:30 p.m.

James David Berger Jr. of Havre, 42, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and on two Justice or City court warrants during a vehicle stop at 14th Avenue and Eighth Street at 2:31 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to seven calls Thursday, with two being sent to a vehicle crash and two to a later incident west of Havre, and two early this morning.

Firefighters and two ambulances responded Thursday at 7:52 a.m. to a vehicle crash at 13th Avenue and Sixth Street where an airbag was deployed and injuries reported. The fire crew stabilized vehicles while EMTs worked. The call log did not say if any patients were transported to the hospital.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four cats, two 7-week-old kittens and a 6-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, five male cats and five female cats.

The shelter also held a female 9-month-old Labrador retriever puppy, a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female and two male 10-week-old mixed breed puppies, a male mixed-breed dog, a female 7-month-old mixed-breed dog, a male 8-month-old shepherd puppy and a female Akita dog. Two male mixed-breed 10-week-old puppies were being housed separately.
