Someone stopped at the police station Friday at 9:19 a.m. to report that their dad was using their Walmart debit card.

A caller with Adult Protective Services filed a cross report with the police department Friday at 11:10

a.m.

Kenneth Wayne Parisian of Dodson, 48, was arrested on charges of child endangerment, driving under the influence and failure to yield right of way at signal after a two-vehicle crash was reported at First Street and Third Avenue Friday at 2:46 p.m.

Someone stopped at the police station Friday at 7:45 p.m., asking to speak with an officer about some questions.

Justin Phillip Johnson of Havre, 39, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and parole violation after a caller at a Ninth Avenue business reported Saturday at 12:40 a.m. that a man was stomping around and trying to pick a fight.

An 11-year-old was arrested on charges of juvenile curfew violations, runaway juvenile, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest after a caller reported Saturday at 10:01 a.m. that runaway juvenile, who was reported by an Eighth Street caller at 12:17 a.m., was at a Third Street residence.

Grayson Turner Waters of Malta, 19, was issued a summons on charges of minor in possession and false identification by a minor to get alcohol after a caller at a First Street establishment reported Sunday at 1:47 a.m. that someone had tried to use a fake ID.

Trae Vincent Kennerly of East Glacier, 22, was arrested on charges of burglary and theft after a Fourth Street caller reported Sunday at 4:46 a.m. that a man had walked into the house.

Julian Topsky of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of driving without a driver's license, aggravated DUI, failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance, MIP, unauthorized use of motor vehicle and criminal mischief vandalism after an 11th Street West caller reported Sunday at 6:08 a.m. waking up to people fighting outside.

Multiple callers reported Sunday at 6:20 a.m. that a man along First Street kept falling down.

Holley Ranee Leo of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on charges of vicious dog and dog at large after a caller on 10th Street reported that a dog attacked his dog and his girlfriend.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Steven Jay Gray Boy of Montana, 33, was arrested on charges of aggravated DUI and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and on a Justice or City court warrant during a 3:08 a.m. Saturday vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 West that was related to a Saturday at 2:48 a.m. report from Laredo Road about suspicious activity.

A caller on U.S. Highway 87 reported Sunday at 4:36 p.m. that someone stabbed a vehicle tire.

Charles Randy Walker of Harlem, 70, was issued a summons on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license during a vehicle stop an the alley off Third Avenue Sunday at 11:45 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, three calls Saturday and three calls Sunday.

Firefighters responded to a Sunday 10:58 a.m. report of a gas smell on the 1600 Block of 11th Street West, but their sensors could detect no gas and the scene was turned over to NorthWestern Energy.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats, two 8-week-old kittens and a 6-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, five male cats and five female cats.

The shelter also held a female 9-month-old Labrador retriever puppy, a female 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female and two male 11-week-old mixed breed puppies, a male mixed-breed dog and a female 7-month-old mixed-breed dog. Two male mixed-breed 11-week-old puppies were being housed separately.

A boy was born Friday, March 19, 2021, to Savannah Sunchild and Dustin Bacon of Havre.
