State and local COVID-19 update, March 24, 2021

The total number of cases of COVID-19 in Montana on the state map after today’s update was 103,666 with 214 new cases, 898 active. The number of active hospitalizations was 59. The number of deaths was 1,413.

Blaine County Health Department reported Tuesday evening being notified of no new cases, with 752 total, 3 active, 24 deaths.

Hill County Health Department reported Tuesday evening being notified of no new cases, with 1,930 total, 4 active, 42 deaths.

Rocky Boy Health Center reported March 11, also reported on either Chouteau or Hill County numbers, 794 total, none active, no active hospitalizations, total deaths not listed. The center has said it will not post data if no numbers change.

Fort Belknap, reported Tuesday evening, also reported on either Blaine or Phillips County numbers, no new cases, 429 total, none active, no active hospitalizations, 12 deaths.

Phillips County Health Department reported Tuesday evening he county had a COVID-19-related death. It reported no new cases, 520 total, 7 active, 4 active hospitalizations, 17 deaths.

Liberty County, reported on the state update this morning, had no new cases, 117 total, none active, 1 death.

Chouteau County Health Department reported on its Facebook page this morning having a new case or cases in the county but no data was listed.

People can visit the state tracking map, normally updated between 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. each day, online through links at https://montana.maps.arcgis.com and at https://covid19.mt.gov .
