A caller at 4:28 p.m. Friday reported a tractor-trailer struck a streetlight at First Street and First Avenue.

A two-vehicle crash between a car and a pickup truck was reported on 15th Avenue Friday at 5:24 p.m.

Misty Dawn O'Claray or Havre, 42, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Friday at 6:36 p.m. or Second Street.

Kiana Lee Roastingstick of Box Elder, 21, and Darrel Michael Dubois of Missoula, 31, were each issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported finding a baby at 11:45 p.m. Friday.

Emanuel D. Sanchez of Havre, 21, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and littering after a caller at a Ninth Avenue business reported Saturday at 1:34 a.m. that someone was trying to get into the rooms.

A hit and run crash was reported Saturday at 7:08 a.m. on 11th Street.

A hit and run crash was reported at a First Street West business Saturday at 7:49 a.m.

A Third Avenue caller reported at 7:58 a.m. Saturday that some vehicles had been sprayed with shaving cream.

James Jay Allison of Havre, 24, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after an 11th Street caller reported at 11:27 a.m. Sunday having been assaulted a few hours earlier.

A caller asked Sunday at 12:42 p.m. for a well-being check on someone on Sixth Street West.

Steward Leland of Havre, 66, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at a First Street establishment Saturday at 9:01 p.m. and was part of an investigation connected in which a caller at a First Street business reported adults were in the parking lot drinking and yelling at young kids Sunday at 5:43 p.m.

An 11-year-old and two 9-year-olds were each issued a summons on charges of burglary and theft from buildings after a caller on Fourth Avenue reported Sunday at 7:30 p.m. that some boys were trying to break into a church.

A First Street business caller reported Sunday at 11:36 p.m. that someone had run off with some beer.

Jessica Rose Pewitt of Havre, 28, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault and Jacqueline Ray Matte of Billings, 29, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a First Street West establishment reported four women fighting outside in the parking lot Sunday at 11:58 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Clayton Duncan Gardipee Sr. of Havre, 47, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge reported by a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Friday at 2:27 p.m.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported Friday at 5:07 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported by a Rudyard caller Friday at 7:53 p.m.

Deputies initiated an investigation during a Saturday 1:31 a.m. vehicle stop on Fifth Street.

Duke Allen McGarvey of Havre, 33, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and violation of conditions of release Saturday at 9:01 p.m. at a First Street West establishment.

Jasmin Shay Demontiney of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of partner or family member assault after deputies were called to a disturbance on U.S. Highway 87 Sunday at 2:27 p.m.

A 14-year-old from Rocky Boy, two 17-year-olds from Box Elder and a 16-year-old from Havre were each issued a summons on a minor in possession charge after a complaint was called in from a Box Elder establishment Sunday at 6:46 p.m.

Stephanie Rita Small of Havre, 37, was arrested on eight Justice or City court warrants at 12:26 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to seven calls Friday, three calls Saturday, two calls Sunday and two early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held a 9-week-old male kitten, four male cats and five female cats.

The shelter also held a female and two male 12-week-old mixed breed puppies and a male mixed-breed dog. Two male mixed-breed 12-week-old puppies were being housed separately.
