Havre Police Department

Officers conducted an investigation during a vehicle stop on First Street Thursday at 11:34 a.m.

Elizabeth Irene Doney of Harlem, 42, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a vehicle stop on First Street at 1:44 p.m. Thursday. The warrant was served at Hill County Detention Center at 5:47 p.m.

Patrick Ryan Schroeder of Havre, 30, was arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after a caller at a Fourth Street facility asked officers Thursday at 2:36 p.m. for a civil standby.

Thursday at 8 p.m., a Fifth Street caller reported a green kayak was stolen.

Jasmin Shay Demontiney of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a caller at Montana State University-Northern's Armory Gymnasium reported Thursday at 8:03 p.m. that an intoxicated woman was wandering around.

Officers investigated a Thursday 8:54 p.m. complaint from Third Street.

Kurt Allan Eagleman of Havre, 41, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller on Third Street reported Thursday at 10:59 p.m. that an intoxicated man was yelling at people and wandering across the street.

Megan Michelle Mountain of Havre, 24, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller on Second Street reported a disturbance at 4:11 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

  The sheriff's office dispatch log had no arrests, summons or investigations listed.

Havre Fire Department

  Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Thursday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four male cats and five female cats.

The shelter also held a female 13-week-old pit bull terrier puppy, a female and two male 12-week-old mixed breed puppies, a female 26-week-old Chihuahua/corgi puppy, a male St. Bernard dog, one female and one male mixed-breed dogs, a female 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 13-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 16-week-old mixed-breed puppy.
