Art Alley Spring Celebration, 3 - 8 p.m., to introduce “Art Alley” between 2nd and 3rd streets and 3rd and 4th avenues. The event will include live music, art exhibits, interactive art projects for children and shopping specials at local merchants. Bands that will be performing include the Best Westerns and the Milk River Band. Admission is free. Beverages will be available for purchase. Appropriate health measures encouraged.
