Havre Lions complete eye testing for Child Find with Bear Paw Cooperative

Lions International global mission is to serve - and members of the Havre Lions Club are focused on helping local children see a brighter future.

Armed with their Plusoptix digital eye screener to test eyes, Havre Lions has been screening preschool children for eye problems for years. This year, different Lions volunteered to test eyes at eight different schools from Hinsdale to the east, Chester to the West and Big Sandy to the south. Havre Lions tested 153 preschool children ranging from 1 year to 6 years with 22 being referred to an eye doctor.
