Havre Police Department

A Sixth Street caller reported Wednesday at 7:56 a.m, that a vehicle had been sideswiped during the night.

An officer stopped Wednesday at 9:34 a.m. at Devlin Trail to pick up a lost bike.

Officers investigated a Wednesday 12:29 p.m. report that someone pointed a firearm at students while driving away. And officers made a vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue at 12:45 p.m. in relation to this incident.

Officers conducted an investigation after making a vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue Wednesday at 2:43 p.m.

Someone asked officers at the police station Wednesday at 2:43 p.m. about phone pings.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated lost or stolen property reported by Customs and Border Protection Wednesday at5:54 p.m.

A 15th Street North caller reported Wednesday at 7:52 p.m. that a door was damaged and asked for a deputy to respond.

County Animal Control officers assisted with a complaint on U.S. Highway 87 Wednesday at 10:21 p.m.

An arrest was made, after a caller reported at 2:44 a.m. today that a woman had shattered a window and climbed into the residence but arrest details were not provided in the dispatch log. Justine Bauer, who was named in the dispatch log as an involved party, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on charges of burglary, partner or family member assault, criminal mischief and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four 9-week-old kittens, two 6-week-old kittens and an 11-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, seven female cats and three male cats.

The shelter also held three female 10-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male St. Bernard-mix dog, two female mixed-breed dogs, a female collie dog, a male 9-month-old puppy and a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy. Two 10-week-old Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-husky mix puppies, one female and one male, are being held separately.
