6K Walk For Water delayed to May 29

The winter-like storm has delayed Havre’s 6K Walk for Water for a week.

Organizer April Taber said the walk, a fundraiser to help provide clean water to under-developed countries and raise awareness about the issue, will start at the beginning of the Baltrusch Walking Trail on 12th Avenue and 17th Street Saturday, May 29, at 9:30 a.m.

People can register for the walk through Saturday — they cannot past that due to its being the official date of the walk — and donations will remain open past that.
