Havre Police Department

After a report was made at 8 a.m. Thursday of a 24/7 sobriety program violation, officers arrested Renee Mary Pruys of Havre, 40, on a charge of criminal contempt.

An officer arrested Henrietta Marcy Means of Havre, 28, on a charge of criminal contempt at 10:21 a.m. Thursday at Havre City Court.

A caller from a business on the 700 Block of First Street reported at 3:23 p.m. Thursday that someone had left an overnight bag at the store and no one had come in to claim the item.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A deputy making a motor vehicle stop at 10:30 p.m. Thursday on 12th Avenue and Second Street arrested Martina Marie James of Havre, 41, on five Justice or City court warrants.,

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four 9-week-old kittens, two 6-week-old kittens and an 11-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, seven female cats, three male cats and one cat of unknown gender.

The shelter also held three female 11-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male St. Bernard-mix dog, two female mixed-breed dogs, a female collie dog, a male 9-month-old puppy and a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy; three 10-week-old Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-husky mix puppies, one female and one male, are being held separately.
