Havre Police Department

Kiauna Lynn Sutherland of Box Elder, 21, was issued a summons on a charge of speeding and on a Justice or City court warrant after a vehicle stop on Wilson Avenue Friday at 8:26 a.m.

Kyle Lee Lamere of Box Elder, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of driving without a valid driver's license, driving under the influence but refusing to test and filing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, and Skylar Rae Welter of Havre, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant when officers served a warrant at a First Street West establishment at 8:58 a.m. Friday.

Nicole Rae Jiron of Bronwing, 35, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a Havre area caller reported a complaint Friday at 11:09 p.m.

A vehicle crash with injuries was reported at 2:02 a.m. Saturday on First Street. Some vehicle occupants were transported to the hospital.

A caller on First Street Northeast asked Saturday at 3:18 a.m. for help retrieving belongings.

Officers investigated a Saturday 3:06 p.m. report that a window got shot.

A 16-year-old and a 15-year-old were each issued a summons on charges of shoplifting and minor in possession after a caller at a First Street business at 9:15 p.m. Saturday and a caller at a First Street West business at 9:17 p.m. each reported a theft.

Christopher John Brandt of Havre, 32, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a vehicle stop on First Avenue Saturday at 11:34 p.m.

Caden Isiah Plante of Havre, 18, was arrested on charges of minor in possession, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and endangering the welfare of children; a 17-year-old and a 16-year-old were each issued a summons on a charge of obstructing; four juveniles ages 16, 14, 15 and 17 were each issued a summons on charges of MIP and obstructing; a 14-year-old, two 15-year-olds and two 16-year-olds were each issued a summons on an MIP charge; Jonna Sullivan of Havre, 38, was arrested on charges of social host violation, endangering the welfare of children and unlawful transactions with children; and Clayton John Allery of Rocky Boy, 26, was arrested on charges of social host violation, endangering the welfare of children and unlawful transactions with children and on a Justice or City court warrant after a complaint was received about an underage party on Sixth Street Saturday at 11:59 p.m.

William Dean Gives of Havre, 54, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller at 1:59 a.m. Sunday reported a man needed to be removed from a First Street business.

Damien David Bradley of Havre, 21, was arrested on charges of theft and trespass to property after a caller at a First Street business reported Sunday at 5:19 a.m. that a man had taken items without paying for them.

Norman Garth Bell of Havre, 41, was arrested on a charge of obscene phone call after a someone stopped at the police station Sunday at 8:22 a.m. to ask for assistance.

A Third Street caller reported Sunday at 10:12 a.m. that a rock had been thrown through a window.

--

A Sunday 4:14 p.m. caller reported a facility on Fourth Street had been vandalized with spray paint.

A caller at an 11th Street West business reported two girls had stolen beer at 12:26 a.m. today.

Robert James Cantrell Jr. of Box Elder, 18, Blake Cantrell of Box Elder, 19, Nacona Limberhand of Box Elder, 18, and Nashon Elizabeth Wing of Havre, 19, were each arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of children and MIP; Andrew Richard Barret of Havre, 19, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of endangering the welfare of children, social host violation and MIP; a 15-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violation, obstructing and MIP; a 14-year-old was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violation and MIP; a 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violation and disorderly conduct; and Elizabeth April Dawn Caplette of Havre, 34, was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after officers investigated suspicious activity on 19th Avenue Northeast at 12:26 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a Saturday 12:47 p.m. report of a stolen vehicle.

Jordan Patrick Lamphier of Havre, 30, was arrested on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, resisting arrest and obstructing after a Saturday 6:19 p.m. caller at the west-end railroad crossing asked for assistance.

Vandalism was reported by a Saturday 8:45 p.m. caller on First Street in Box Elder.

Daniel Edward Smith of Havre, 35, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Sunday at 9:32 p.m.

Deputies assisted with a medical emergency in Box Elder at 3:05 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, four calls Saturday, seven calls Sunday and one early this morning.

--

Firefighters responded to a fire call on the 300 Block of Sixth Avenue Friday at 8:45 a.m., and found that the heat smell was coming from an overheated light ballast.

--

Firefighters responded to a vehicle crash on the 1200 Block of First Street at 2:03 a.m. Saturday and transported patients to the hospital.

--

Firefighters responded to three false alarms this weekend, a gas smell on the 800 Block of Fourth Street at 9:06 a.m. Friday; a fire alarm at 11:53 a.m. Sunday on the 10 Block of Third Street West; and a fire alarm on the 300 Block of Seventh Street at 6:09 a.m. today.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four 9-week-old kittens, five 10-week-old kittens; two 7-week-old kittens, one cat and a 12-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, seven female cats and three male cats.

The shelter also held a male 11-week-old Australian cattle dog-blue heeler cross puppy, a male St. Bernard-mix dog, two female mixed-breed dogs, a male and a female 9-month-old puppies and a female 10-week-old mixed-breed puppy. Two 11-week-old Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-husky mix puppies, one female and one male, are being held separately.
