Havre Police Department

A broken windshield was reported by a Third Street caller Tuesday at 10:17 a.m.

A 10:59 a.m. Tuesday caller at Havre High School reported vandalism.

Michael Robert-Louis Belcourt of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and tampering with a communication device and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller on Second Street asked Tuesday at 11:54 a.m. for officer assistance with their boyfriend.

A Fourth Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 2:32 p.m. that Social Security information had been stolen.

A caller on Fifth Avenue reported Tuesday at 11:36 p.m. that a vehicle hit a dog near the former Taco John's building, and, while on the line, a Montana Highway Patrol Trooper stopped to assist the caller.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Stephanie Boos of Glasgow, 44, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge, and Davonna Perkins of Saco, 37, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and violation of conditions of release after a theft was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Tuesday at 1:51 p.m.

Kaylyn Raychell Oats of Box Elder, 23, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants after Oats was transported from Blaine County to Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 6:38 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held five 11-week-old kittens, four 10-week-old kittens, two 7-week-old kittens, one cat and a 12-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, eight female cats and five male cats.

The shelter also held one female and two male 11-week-old Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-husky cross puppies, a male St. Bernard-mix dog, two female mixed-breed dogs, a male and a female 9-month-old puppies and a female 11-week-old mixed-breed puppy.
