Havre Police Department

A 13-year-old Havre girl was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, underage tobacco possession or consumption, juvenile curfew violations and criminal mischief vandalism and on a pick up and hold order after a caller on Third Street reported a runaway juvenile Friday at 8:38 a.m.

A hit and run crash was reported Friday at 11:20 a.m. on Washington Avenue

Avery Jordan Boe of Hays, 36, and Monica Jo Gjesdal of Hays, 26, were each arrested on a state District Court warrant and charges of obstructing a peace officer or other pubic servant and endangering the welfare of children after an officer stopped to investigate suspicious activity on Second Street Friday at 11:43 a.m.

Koshay Elizabeth Walker of Valier, 25, was arrested on charges of careless driving, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance and open container in the city after a motor vehicle stop in the alley south of First Street Friday at 6:07 p.m.

Officers investigated a vehicle reported on First Street Friday at 8:10 p.m.

A 15-year-old girl was issued a summons on a minor in possession charge after a 10th Street West caller reported Friday at 9:59 p.m. that a teen was drinking.

A caller reported Saturday at 7:20 a.m. that a bulk water station had broken pipes.

--

Kiauna Lynn Sutherland of Havre, 21, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of speeding and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license after a vehicle stop on First Street Saturday at 11:10 a.m.

A caller on First Street Northeast reported Saturday at 3:22 p.m. finding a bag with white residue and asked officers for extra patrols for the weekend.

Justine Philomene Bauer of Havre, 30, was arrested on charges of violation of a protective order and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a Third Street caller reported Saturday at 5:28 p.m. that someone had crashed into the front end of the caller's car.

A caller reported at 9:38 p.m. Saturday that a van had been sideswiped on First Avenue.

Officers investigated a 3 a.m. Sunday report of a complaint about someone heading to Washington Avenue from Sixth Avenue.

Brett Alan Southworth of Havre, 37, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and careless driving after a vehicle stop on Second Street West Sunday at 8:28 a.m.

Adrian Joe Cochran of Harlem, 46, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge and on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a First Street business reported a man was passed out in front of the building.

A Sunday 5:11 p.m. caller reported a smoker was stolen from the side of a house on 10th Street.

--

Celestine Rose Plante of Havre, 39, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after officers assisted another agency on Third Street Sunday at 6:06 p.m.

A caller requested a well-being check on someone in the Havre area Sunday at 8:34 p.m.

--

A sexual assault report was made in Havre Monday at 6:51 a.m.

--

Monday at 2:54 p.m., a 10th Street West caller reported a check was stolen out of a car.

--

A possible scam was reported by a Third Street caller Monday at 4:12 p.m.

--

An arrest was made in an incident with a vehicle theft and pursuit that started after a theft was reported at 6:57 p.m. Monday. See story in today's page 1.

Officers investigated a 9:02 p.m. Monday report from a First Avenue caller about a vehicle being keyed.

A caller at a Fourth Avenue church reported some glass had been broken by three young juveniles climbing on a building Monday at 9:14 p.m.

Joshua Steven Kirkaldie of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and violation of a protective order, after a Sixth Street caller made a complaint about a protection order violation Monday at 11:46 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

An arrest was made in an incident with a vehicle theft and pursuit that deputies became involved with at 7:37 p.m. Monday. See story page 1.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to seven calls Friday, four calls Saturday, five calls Sunday and two calls Monday.

Firefighters and an ambulance responded to a vehicle crash on the 3100 Block of Highway 2 West at 1:52 a.m. Friday. Patients were assessed on scene and transported to the hospital.

Firefighters, an ambulance and a water tender with a total of 12 personnel responded to a structure fire on 1000 Block of 15th Street North Friday at 5:20 p.m. A single family dwelling sustained extensive damage and one occupant who attempted to suppress the fire was taken to the hospital with burns and smoke inhalation damage.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 8-week-old kittens of unknown gender, eight female cats, one female and two male 12-week-old kittens, one female and two male 10-week-old kittens, and three male cats.

The shelter also held two female 10-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male St. Bernard-mix dog, two female mixed-breed dogs, a male and a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female 12-week-old mixed-breed puppy and one male 12-week-old Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-husky cross puppy.
