Havre High boys win their first tennis state championship in 16 years
Havre High's Josh Warp hits a forehand during the 2021 Class A state tournament last Thursday in Billings. Warp and teammate Trenton Maloughney took third in doubles, helping the Blue Ponies win the 2021 Class A state team title.
Something special was in the air this past weekend in Billings. And in the end, the Class A state tennis tournament became something very special for the Havre High boys who captured their first state championship since 2005 on Friday afternoon.
