Havre Police Department

Caden Isiah Plante of Havre, 18, was arrested on a sexual intercourse without consent charge after a caller on Second Street reported Wednesday at 6:56 a.m. that a family member had been sexually assaulted.

Irvine Cole Bigknife of Havre, 28, was arrested on two charges of endangering the welfare of children and on two Justice or City court warrants after a Wednesday 8:27 a.m. caller reported that toddlers were running around in diapers near Fifth Avenue and Seventh Street.

Someone stopped at the police station Wednesday at 9:17 a.m. to report a sexual or violent offender registry violation.

An arrest was made after a caller at a First Street business reported Wednesday at 11:58 a.m. that a man was sitting outside the business harassing customers. Earl Charles Rainingbird, who was named in the dispatch log as an involved party, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on a charge of failure to comply.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 59, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller at a First Street West business reported Wednesday at 2:03 p.m. that a man was passed out near storage sheds on the business property.

A non-injury, two-vehicle crash involving a Chevrolet Cruze and a red pickup truck was reported on 14th Avenue Wednesday at 5:06 p.m.

A Kober Drive caller reported at 6:54 p.m. Wednesday that a generator had been stolen.

Francisco Del Rosso Valencia of Havre, 46, was arrested on a probation violation charge after a domestic disturbance was reported on Second Street at 11:43 p.m. Wednesday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller reported Wednesday at 1:06 p.m. finding a gun, likely a BB gun, at Beaver Creek Reservoir.

Deputies investigated suspicious activity reported at the hospital emergency room Wednesday at 7:36 p.m.

Kaleb Emanuel Freyholtz or Hingham, 31, was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and habitual traffic offender after deputies investigated suspicious activity at Clear Creek Road and County Road 451 Wednesday at 11:12 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 8-week-old kittens of unknown gender, six female cats and three male cats.

The shelter also held a male and two female mixed-breed dogs, a male St. Bernard-mix dog, and a male and a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppies.
