Nathaniel Sean Grey Bear of Poplar, 29, was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business reported a shoplifter Friday at 3:43 p.m. and officers investigated suspicious activity on First Street at 6:08 p.m.

A Second Street caller reported Friday at 3:52 p.m. that two handguns, a 9mm and a 45mm, had been stolen.
