Havre Police Department

Someone stopped at the police station at 10:47 a.m. Tuesday and asked to speak to an officer.

A caller in the alley off Fourth Street reported Tuesday at 11:39 p.m. finding someone's property.

A vehicle crash was reported on Sixth Avenue Tuesday at 4:41 p.m.

--

Officers assisted Havre Fire Department with a medical call Tuesday at 8:27 p.m. on Rich Street West, and Capt. Aaron Wittmer said the incident is under investigation.

Gwendlyn Renee Biebinger of Potomac, 21, was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief vandalism after a caller on Saddle Butte Drive reported a woman was throwing glass Tuesday at 9:25 p.m.

Joshua Michaelmelvin Haas of Havre, 31, was arrested on a charge of assault and Ryan Devris Haas of Havre, 39, of Havre, 39, was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault after a caller at a First Street establishment reported a bar fight at 12:47 a.m. today.

Kerry Nathaniel Olson or Havre, 35, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle with fictitious plates and aggravated driving under the influence after a vehicle stop on 11th Street at 2:44 this morning.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a theft, forgery or fraud reported at a Second Street West business Tuesday at 11:43 a.m.

The Federal Aviation Administration reported at 2:21 a.m. today that a green laser illumination had been pointed at a plane.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to seven calls Tuesday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 9-week-old kittens of unknown gender, six female cats and three male cats.

The shelter also held a male St. Bernard-mix dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a female 10-month-old mixed breed puppy.
