State and local COVID-19 update, June 15, 2021

People can find online where vaccines are available in their area through https://vaccinefinder.org, operated by Boston’s Children’s Hospital and supported by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the United States Digital Service.

The total number of cases of COVID-19 in Montana on the state map after today’s update was 112,949 with 101 new cases, 531 active. The number of active hospitalizations was 48. The number of deaths was 1,647.

Blaine County, reported on the state update this morning, listed no new cases, 808 total, 4 active, 24 deaths.

Hill County Health Department reported Monday evening that 1 new case was reported with 2,024 total, 7 active, 2 active hospitalizations, 45 deaths.

Rocky Boy Health Center reported last Monday, also reported on either Chouteau or Hill County numbers, 796 total cases, 2 active, no hospitalizations. It has had 7 deaths. Its health department has said numbers will not be reported if no change occurs.

Fort Belknap Indian Community, also reported on either Blaine or Phillips County numbers, last gave an update Thursday. The update reported 497 total cases, 5 active, 2 active hospitalizations, 12 deaths.

Liberty County, reported on the state update this morning, had no new cases, 119 total, 2 active, 1 death.

Chouteau County, reported on the state update this morning, had no new cases, 516 total, 1 active, 7 deaths.

People can visit the state tracking map, normally updated between 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. each day, online through links at https://montana.maps.arcgis.com and at https://covid19.mt.gov .
