Obituary - Cliff Hinkle

In loving memory of Cliff Hinkle.

Cliff was born in Havre Montana January 28, 1957, to Jack and Audrey Hinkle. He passed away from natural causes at his home in Covina, California, May 28th, 2021.

He attended public school and university in Havre. Cliff held state and regional titles in wrestling. He excelled in boxing, holding 10 state titles and received honorable mention in AAU Montana's greatest athletes hall of fame.

Cliff worked on the railroad for a few years in Montana. He came from a thoroughbred horse racing family eventually moving to Arizona, and then California to work on the starting gate and equine dentistry.

Hunting and fishing were some of his favorite vacation times along with spending time with friends.

His mother, Audrey Hinkle preceded him in death in 1976. His father, Jack Hinkle passed from this life in 2001.

He had one sister, Sandy Hinkle, who lives in Las Vegas. Cliff had numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He will be missed by his family and wonderful friends.
