Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a report made at 9:06 a.m. Wednesday of vandalism to a vehicle on the parking lot of a business on the 100 Block of First Street West.

Officers making a motor vehicle stop on the 1300 Block of First Street arrested Joel Gomez Plitt of Great Falls, 37, on charges of driving with expired registration, failure to carry or produce proof of liability insurance, third or subsequent offense, and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and arrested Cindy Marie Trathen of Great Falls, 29, on a City or Justice court warrant.

Officers issued a verbal or written warning after a caller at 1:18 p.m. Wednesday reported a dog locked in a truck parked in a parking lot on the 200 Block of Third Avenue.

After a caller from 10th Avenue reported at 5:43 p.m. Wednesday vandalism, officers arrested Colton Tyrone Small of Havre, 18, on a charge of criminal mischief or vandalism.

Officers investigated a crash between a silver Jeep and a white Ford pickup reported from Fifth Street and Fourth Avenue at 5:53 p.m. Wednesday.

Officers issued a written or verbal warning after receiving a call from the 1300 Block of First Street at 8:27 p.m. Wednesday reporting a man passed out on the ground

Officers issued a written or verbal warning after receiving from Cleveland Avenue at 9:30 p.m. a complaint about fireworks.

After receiving a report from the Havre area at 11:18 p.m. that a child was out past curfew, officers issued a summons to a 15-year-old girls on a charge of curfew violation.

After investigating a report made at 1 a.m. today from the 400 Block of First Street West of a crash between a vehicle and a pole and another vehicle, officers arrested Raton Cye Nelson of Havre, 18, on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, careless driving and purchase or possession of intoxicants by a minor.

Officers investigating a crash on Main Street at 2:07 a.m. today arrested Shawn Michael Stoner of Havre, 25, on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and DUI, intoxication by drugs or alcohol.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies issued a written or verbal warning after a business on the 3100 Block of U.S. Highway 2 West reported a man needed to be removed.

Deputies responding to a complaint made at 8:34 p.m. Wednesady from U.S. Highway 87 arrested Loreal Stanley of Box Elder, 27, on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and driving without insurance, third or subsequent offense.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Wednesday and one this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 1-week-old kittens, one eight-week-old kitten, one nine-week-old kitten and two 9-month-old kittens all of unknown gender, two female cats, five male cats and one cat of unknown gender.

The shelter also held a 26-week-old mixed-breed dog of unknown gender, male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male and a female 10-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female 11-month-old mixed breed puppy and two male and two female mixed-breed dogs.
