Havre ends COVID-19 state of emergency

Havre Mayor Tim Solomon announced at Tuesday night's Havre City Council meeting the termination of the Emergency Declaration set by Resolution No. 3815 April 6, 2020, due to COVID-19.
Solomon said COVID-19 numbers are down but if they go back up, the council could implement Havre's state of emergency again.
Solomon said making a motion to approve the termination was not required, just that it needed to be announced.
The council then approved a resolution affirming active participation in the Bear Paw Economic Development District.
