The following cases were resolved by Hill County Judge Audrey Barger in March.

——

Tanner Joseph Walker, born in 1982, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, one day credited and 179 suspended, for trespass to property.

——

Zakary Kenneth Canning, born in 1995, was fined $100 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, four days credited and 361 suspended, for partner or family member assault causing injury, first offense, and had dismissed by the prosecution two charges: criminal mischief pecuniary loss less than $1,500 and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

George Jerome Thompson, born in 1949, was fined $500 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, two days credited and 360 days suspended, for partner or family member assault member assault, causing apprehension of injury, second offense, amended from first offense.

——

Caleb Logan Denny, born in 1997, had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of assault with a weapon.

——

Jimmy R. Stiffarm, born in 1989, was found guilty of theft, unauthorized control over property, first offense.

——

Ricky John Clark Jr., born in 1995, had dismissed by the prosecution charges of partner or family member assault causing injury, third offense, and criminal mischief pecuniary loss less than $1,500.

——

Duke Allen McGarvey, born in 1987, had dismissed by the court a charge of arrest of accused without a warrant, felony.

——

Randall Paul Firemoon Jr., born in 1984, had dismissed by the court a charge of driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

——

Kenneth Andrew Boykin, born in 1962, was had dismissed by the court a charge of driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect, first offense.

——

Krystyna Louise Daychild, born in 1993, was fined $100 for a 2013 charge of minor in possession, over 18, first offense.

——

Stephanie Rose Bauer, born in 1993, was fined $100 for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

——

James Dean Stump, born in 1987, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, six days credited and 174 suspended, for each of two charges: possession of drug paraphernalia and theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, second offense.

——

Thomas Mark Mohar, born in 1991, was fined $70 for speeding 88 mph in a 70 mph zone.

——

Julia Rosa Morales, born in 1991, was fined $145 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, second offense, amended from first offense.

——

Jeremiah Francis Berger, born in 1971, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, four days credited and 176 suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, second offense, amended from first offense.

——

Aaryn Cantrell, born in 1999, was fined $200 for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, second offense.

——

Tera Cherise Moore, born in 1991, had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect, first offense, and was fined $70 for speeding 89 mph in a 70 mph zone.

——

Martin Zarco, born in 1995, was found guilty of driving without a valid driver’s license, amended from driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, first offense; was fined $100 for speeding 56 mph in a 25 mph zone, amended from reckless driving, first offense; had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of owner permitting operation of a vehicle without liability insurance, second offense; and was fined $100 for failing to obey instructions of traffic control devices.

Flint W. Chiefstifk, born in 1987, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 16 days credited and 164 suspended, for resisting arrest.

——

Treyton Sutherland, born in 1998, had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of driving under the influence, second offense; was found guilty of owner permitting operation of a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense; and was found guilty of driving without a valid driver’s license.

——

Mitchell Carl Grant, born in 1988, was found guilty of theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third or subsequent offense.

——

Tray Lee Eagleman, born in 1992, was fined $250 for operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect, first offense; was fined $20 for seat belt violation; was fined $250 for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one; was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant; and was fined $70 for speeding 84 mph in a 70 mph zone.

Joel Rylan Fladstol, born in 1985, was fined $350 and sentenced to 20 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage more than $1,000, first offense.

Philisha Marie Santio, born in 1983, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, one day credited and 179 suspended, for false reports to law enforcement authorities.

——

Leah Huntley, born in 1978, had dismissed by the court a charge of partner or family member assault causing injury, first offense.

——

Cassandra Hall, born in 1949, was fined $25 for county control of dogs and had dismissed by the prosecution two additional charges of county control of dogs.

——

Erin Kelly Lynch, born in 1982, had dismissed by the prosecution charges of failing to have lamps lighted when required and failure to drive to right of roadway except when passing, and was fined $1,200 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, one day credited, for operating a vehicle with alcohol concentration of .08 percent blood alcohol concentration or greater, second offense.

Kimberly Ann Pennington, born in 1966, was fined $15 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal mischief pecuniary loss less than $1,500, amended from theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third offense.

——

Nolan Patrick Vaneimeren, born in 1994, was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, two days credited, for DUI, first offense.

——

Roger John Brough, born in 1960, had dismissed by the prosecution charges of failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, seat belt violation and reckless endangerment of a highway worker, first offense, and was fined $400 for violation in a work zone, amended from speeding exceeding restricted or special zone limit, 71 mph in a 35 mph zone.

James Michael Malley, born in 1992, had dismissed by the court a charge of speeding 92 mph in a 70 mph zone.

——

Travis Michael Vojta, born in 1984, had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, first offense.

——

William Michael Abeita, born in 1976, was found guilty of failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense; was fined $10 for careless driving; and was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for DUI, fist offense, amended from DUI, first offense.

——

Daniel Joseph Mikulecky, born in 1983, was fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, three days credited and 177 suspended, for assault, amended from partner or family member assault, causing injury, first offense.

In a later case, Mikulecky was fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two charges: obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest.

Merle J. Wing, born in 1981, had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect, first offense.

——

Jacob Blaine Duran, born in 1996, was fined $250 for operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect, first offense; was fined $20 for seat belt violation; and was fined $70 for speeding 83 mph in a 70 mph zone.

——

Debra Kay Barrus, born in 1962, forfeited $250 bond for operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect, first offense.

——

Monica Ann Marie Eekhoff, born in 1994, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, all days suspended, for aggravated DUI, first offense, amended from second offense.

——

Alana Ruth Demontiney-Wilson, born in 1988, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal mischief pecuniary loss less than $1,500, amended from theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third or subsequent offense.

——

Leona Jo King-Corchran, born in 1968, had dismissed by the court a charge of operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect, second offense; was fine $20 for seat belt violation; and was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for permitting unauthorized minor to drive.

——

Anthony J. Plascencia, born in 2000, had three charges dismissed by the prosecution: driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one, operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect, first offense, and speeding.

——

Leann Ahenakew, no date of birth provided, was found guilty of driving without a valid driver’s license and was fined $50 for operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect, second offense.

In a later case, Ahenakew was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, four days credited and six suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, third or subsequent offense.

Shawn James Bullchild, born in 1972, had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, first offense, and was fined $600 for DUI, first offense.

——

Nicholas Lee Peet, born in 1987, had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of failing to shield or remove junk vehicles.

——

Dononvan Micah Bullinsight, born in 1998, was fined $20 each for seat belt violation and for speeding 75 mph in a 65 mph zone.

——

Jasmine Shay Demontiney, born in 1996, was fined $50 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, six days credited and 359 suspended, for theft, unauthorized control over property, third offense, and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, six days credited and 174 suspended, for trespass to property.

In a later case, Demontiney was fined $100 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, two days credited and 361 suspended, for partner or family member assault causing injury, first offense.

Heather July St. Clair, born in 1977, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $50 for theft, unauthorized control over property, first offense.

——

Charlye Jillian Garcia, born in 1989, was fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 days suspended, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

——

Jessica Rianne Morrison, born in 1993, had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of displaying license plates assigned to another vehicle.

——

Bernason Jacques, born in 1991, forfeited $200 bond for failing to obey direction to be weighed.

——

Caleb Logan Denny, born in 1997, had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of theft, unauthorized control over property, first offense.

——

Felicia Ann Wood, born in 1989, was fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, and was fined $20 for seat belt violation.

——

Julia Louise Moak, born in 1972, forfeited $250 bond for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, second offense.

——

Stephen Lewis Newbury, born in 1980, was found guilty of theft, unauthorized control over property, second offense.

——

Donald Garrett Bear, born in 1982, was given a deferred imposition of sentence for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

——

Ashley Lynne Smith, born in 1986, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

——

Charles Edward Windyboy, born in 1989, was fined $250 for each of two charges driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, first offense, and operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect, first offense.

——

Josiah Laurence Boe, born in 2002, had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of reckless driving, first offense.

——

Joseph Louis Skornogoski, born in 1947, was found guilty of operating a vehicle with expired registration.

——

Zachary Lynn Jackson, born in 2002, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $200 for driving without a valid driver’s license.

——

Macon Bodean Crow, born in 1974, forfeited $250 bond for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

——

Olivia June Gopher, born in 1974, was fined $150 for operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect, first offense.

——

Tracy Lynne Ford, born in 1972, was found guilty of operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect, first offense; was fined $20 for seat belt violation; and was fined $50 for operating a vehicle with expired registration.

——

Malinda Marie Descharm, born in 1989, was found guilty of disorderly conduct, first offense, amended from disorderly conduct.

——

A girl born in 2004 forfeited $20 bond for seat belt violation; was fined $200 for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one; and forfeited $70 bond for speeding 78 mph in a 65 mph zone.

——

Edith Rae Stewart, born in 1954, was fined $100 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

——

Katreena Peterson, born in 1994, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, second offense, amended from first offense.

——

Jazzmine Morin, born in 2001, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 14 days credited and 165 days suspended, for violation of a no contact order.

——

Cecile Monique Flansburg, born in 1980, had dismissed by the court a charge of failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, and forfeited $70 bond for speeding 80 mph in a 65 mph zone.

——

Leon Jennings Cochran, born in 1991, had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

——

Jimmy R. Stiffarm, born in 1980, had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

——

Lorraine Henderson, born in 2001, had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

A boy born in 2005 had dismissed by the court a charge of failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Kevin Arthur Hawley, born in 1998, had dismissed by the court a charge of failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

——

John August Dahlin Jr., born in 1962, forfeited $250 bond for exceeding the maximum gross weight allowed any group pf axles.

——

Luci R. Shortman, born in 1978, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third or subsequent offense.

——

Robyn Joy Burkhartsmeyer, born in 1979, forfeited $20 bond for seat belt violation and forfeited $70 bond for speeding 82 mph in a 70 mph zone.

——

Dana Overcast Baldwin, born in 1962, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $50 for careless driving.

——

Martina Marie James, born in 1979, was fined $20 for seat belt violation and was fined $250 for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, first offense.

——

Terrance Lee Gray, born in 1964, was fined $50 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense and was fined $10 for stop sign violation.

——

Lowanda Lynn Arkinson, born in 1972, was fined $50 for changing lanes when unsafe and was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, first offense.

——

Paul Dan Root, born in 1994, was fined $200 for owner permitting operation of a vehicle without liability insurance, third offense, amended from second offense.

——

Seth James Hamilton, born in 1989, forfeited $20 for seat belt violation and forfeited $50 bond for failing to have vehicle equipped with tail lamps.

——

Sterling Jaye Whitecow, born in 1996, was fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, second offense.

——

Randi Joseph Dibblee, born in 1959, forfeited $135 bond for failing to obtain landowner permission for hunting, first offense.

——

David Perez, born in 1975, had dismissed by the court a charge of failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, second offense.

——

Challence Ethan Michael Kane Jackson, born in 1999, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $250 for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one and was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for speeding 89 mph in a 55 mph zone.

——

Janae Leona Rose Tomson, born in 2000, had dismissed by the court a charge of failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, and forfeited $20 bond for speeding, 74 mph in a 65 mph zone.

——

Douglas Charles Rocco, born in 1961, forfeited $20 bond for speeding 80 mph in a 70 mph zone.

——

Dustin Michael Chinadle, born in 1984, forfeited $100 bond for failing to follow conditions and requirements of a special permit.

——

James David Berger Jr., born in 1978, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, two days credited and 175 suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, second offense.

——

Fred Scott Kaul, born in 1966, forfeited $400 bond for exceeding the maximum gross weight allowed any group of axles.

Robert Thomas Wiese, born in 1969, forfeited $300 bond for exceeding the maximum gross weight allowed any group of axles.

——

Alicia Marie Wolf Chief, born in 1997, forfeited $20 bond for seat belt violation and forfeited $70 bond for speeding 84 mph in a 70 mph zone.

——

Another 66 citations had fines of less than $100 in cases where no other sentence was handed down or dismissed.
