Hi-Line fall sports begin practice this week

As the calendar heads into the middle of August, the return of high school sports to the Hi-Line is now just a few weeks away. While fans will still have to wait to watch their kids compete, the athletes themselves are starting to prepare for the season as they begin practice this week.

The Havre High football team will hold their first practice this Friday as they try to get ready for their season opener against Sidney on Aug. 27 at Blue Pony Stadium. The HHS volleyball team's first day of practice will also be Friday before they open the season with a tournament in Sidney the weekend of...
