Havre Police Department

Officers responding to a call from Fourth Street at 6:50 a.m. Friday arrested James Murel Goldsmith Jr. of Havre, 28, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Officers investigating suspicious activity on the 1400 Block of First Street at 11:29 a.m. Friday arrested Travis Dillon Granger of Havre, 32, on a pick up and hold order.

Officers investigating a motor vehicle crash reported from the 600 Block of First Street West at 4:52 p.m. Friday arrested Anna Marie Sutherland of Rocky Boy, 54, on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, failure to carry or produce proof of insurance, failure to stop when emerging from a parking lot and on a Justice or City court warrant.

Officers responding to a call from First Street establishment at 10:50 p.m. Friday took a black cat with white paws and a collar that had come into the establishment to the Havre Animal Shelter.

Officers responding to a call from 11th Street at midnight Friday arrested Jourden Jensen St. Marks of Box Elder on charges of resisting arrest, partner or family member assault and nonaggravated assault, reasonable apprehension of injury.

Officers making a motor vehicle stop at 4:10 p.m. Saturday on 14th Avenue issued a summons to Wallace Raymond Schmitt of Shepard, 44, on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license.

Officers served a summons at 8:01 p.m. Saturday to Arthur Ryan Windyboy of Havre, 43, on a charge of criminal contempt after he failed to show up for the 24-7 sobriety program at 8:01 a.m. Saturday.

Officers responding to a call from an establishment on the 300 Block of First Street at 10:32 p.m. Saturday arrested Patrick Dakota Steckel of Chinook, 27, on a charge of aggravated DUI.

Officers responding to a call from the 700 Block of First Street Sunday at 6:55 a.m. arrested Wynter Rose Webester of Rocky Boy, 33, on three Justice or City court warrants.

Officers making a motor vehicle stop on the 1000 block of First Street at 7:22 a.m. Sunday arrested Tex Remon Eagleman of Box Elder, 38, on charges of expired registration, driving without a driver's license and failure to carry or produce proof of insurance and on two Justice or City court warrants and arrested Brandon Thomas Gopher of Box Elder, 39, on a Justice or City court warrant.

Officers making a motor vehicle stop at 12:07 a.m. Sunday on 11th Street West and Pike Street arrested David Paul Patera, 57, on charges of being a habitual traffic offender, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and speeding.

Officers responding to a report of an assault made from the 1300 Block of First Street at 2:47 p.m. Sunday arrested Jacquline Colleen Chiefstick of Box Elder, 41, on a charge of partner or family member assault.

Officers responding to a call from 12th Street at 10:07 p.m. Sunday arrested Memoree Rose Sunchild, 34, on charges of criminal trespass to property and resisting arrest and arrested Ariel Michaela Sunchild of Havre, 30, on charges of criminal trespass to property, resisting arrest and obstructing a peace officer or public servant.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies responding to a call at 3:48 p.m. Saturday from the 3200 Block of 15th Street NE arrested Lorenzo Javier Rodriguez of Havre, 22, on four Justice or City court warrants.

Deputies responding to a call from the 1000 Block of 6th Street North at 7:32 p.m. Saturday issued a summons to a 17-year-old, gender not listed, on a charge of youth in need of intervention.

Deputies responding to a call form a campground in Beaver Creek Park at 1:11 p.m. Sunday issued a summons to a 15-year-old, gender not listed, on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief or vandalism.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, five Saturday and seven Sunday. Three of the calls Friday were to vehicle crashes and at two of the calls emergency medical technicians treated more than one patient.

Firefighters responded with ambulance crews to two vehicle crashes Friday, one at the 4000 Block of U.S. Highway 2 at 11:05 a.m. and the other on the 600 Block of First Street West at 4:55 p.m.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 8-week-old kittens, three 14-week-old kittens, a 6-month-old kitten, one 10-week-old kitten, three 17-week-old kittens and a 13-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, four female cats and two male cats. A male 14-week-old kitten and a male 15-week-old kitten were being held separately.

The shelter also held three female and two male 10-week-old puppies, a female 18-week-old puppy, a male mixed-breed dog, a female Doberman pinscher dog, a female shar pei dog and a male husky dog.
