After a state-filled four-sport junior year, Blue Pony Theron Peterson aims even higher on the links

After reaching the state tournament in four different sports his junior year, Peterson begins his senior season on the Blue Pony golf team, which includes Thursday's Havre Invite at Prairie Farms and Beaver Creek Golf Course. Last fall, Theron Peterson was one of five golfers from the Havre High boys golf team to make the state meet in Butte. While the Blue Ponies failed to win a state title, it was an experience that Peterson won't soon forget. Now as he heads into his final season in the HHS golf program, Peterson hopes to reach those same heights again.
"Making it to state and having fun with everyone on my team," Peterson said were his goals for his senior season.
