Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a Thursday 9:10 a.m. report of a concrete bench on Third Avenue vandalized with spray paint.

Wilford Dale Tilden Jr. of Havre, 39, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a pick up and hold order when an officer stopped at Eighth Street and Third Avenue at 5:57 p.m. to serve the warrant.

A summons was issued after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation was reported at 8 p.m. Thursday at the police station.

Officers investigated a possible stabbing reported at the hospital at 8:46 p.m. Thursday. Police Chief Gabe Matosich said investigating officers were told that the offense occurred on Fort Belknap Indian Reservation, so the incident was referred to Fort Belknap Police Department.

Jennifer Rebecca Fitch of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, reckless driving and no vehicle insurance after a Thursday 9:39 p.m. caller on Second Street complained about a driver and a caller on Fifth Avenue reported a single vehicle crash at 9:42 p.m.

Jonathan Seaton of Havre, 29, was arrested on charges of aggravated DUI, no vehicle insurance and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license after a caller at Lincoln Avenue and 15th Street West reported at 2:59 this morning that a man had shown up to a party and threaten people with a knife.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Elias Paul Lamere of Box Elder, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at Box Elder School reported suspicious activity Thursday at 9:33 a.m.

A summons was issued during a vehicle stop on First Street at 11:34 p.m. Thursday, but no information on the charges was provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Thursday and two early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 9-week-old kittens, a 6-month-old kitten and one 12-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, three female cats, two female 16-week-old kittens, three male 19-week-old kittens and two male cats. A male 16-week-old kitten and a male 17-week-old kitten were being held separately but are also available for adoption.

The shelter also held one female and one male 12-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a female Doberman pinscher dog, a male Labrador retriever dog, a female pit bull terrier dog, a male catahoula leopard dog, a female 16-week-old puppy, a female Australian shepherd dog, a male husky dog, a female 10-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a female shar pei dog. Also being held separately were a female and a male 5-week-old puppies, a 7-month-old male puppy and a 21-week-old female puppy, all of mixed breed.
