State and local COVID-19 update, Sept. 13, 2021

Hill County Health Department reported Friday evening that 36 new cases were confirmed, 124 active, 7 active hospitalizations, 2,453 total cases, 49 deaths.

Rocky Boy reported Friday, also reported on either Chouteau or Hill County numbers, 25 new cases, 58 active, 1 active hospitalization, 940 total cases. It has had 8 deaths.

Blaine County Health Department gave its last update Thursday evening with 54 active cases, no active hospitalizations listed, 1,009 total cases, 24 deaths.

Fort Belknap last reported numbers Thursday evening, also reported on either Blaine or Phillips County numbers, with 23 active cases, no active hospitalizations, 568 total cases, 12 deaths.

Liberty County, last reported on the state update Friday morning, had 8 active cases, 154 total cases, 1 death.

Chouteau County, last reported on the state update Friday morning, had 15 active cases, 552 total cases, 7 deaths.

The Montana state COVID tracking map was not updated by printing deadline this morning. People can visit the state tracking map, normally updated between 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. each day, online through links at https://montana.maps.arcgis.com and at https://covid19.mt.gov .

People can find online where vaccines are available in their area through https://vaccinefinder.org, operated by Boston’s Children’s Hospital and supported by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the United States Digital Service.
