Havre Police Department

Officers investigated graffiti at a First Street West establishment at 7:05 a.m. Tuesday.

Someone stopped at the police station Tuesday at 1:32 p.m. to report issues concerning a vehicle.

Petra Lynn Raven of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after a caller at a First Street West business reported Tuesday at 4:20 p.m. that a woman was swearing at customers.

Neal Wayne Anderson of Havre, 62, was arrested on a charge of false reports to law enforcement after reporting at 8:42 p.m. and 9:03 p.m. Tuesday that people were trying to break in through a door at a First Street business.

Officers investigating a man laying on the ground on 13th Avenue at 3:25 a.m. today made an arrest. Details on charges were not provided in the dispatch log, but Nathaniel Wayne Doney, who was named as an involved party, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Kenneth Delbert Chamberlain of Havre, 57, was arrested on two state District Court warrants served at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 1:37 p.m.

A Tuesday 4:45 p.m. report of a vehicle crash at mile marker 6 on Wildhorse Road was referred to Montana Highway patrol.

Larissa Mae Denny of Box Elder was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after a shoplifter was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business at 5:10 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats, two 16-week-old kittens, a 6-month-old kitten, two 11-week-old kittens, a 5-week-old kitten, a female 7-month-old kitten and a male 15-week-old kitten and a male 15-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male catahoula leopard dog, a female 18-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male shepherd dog, a male husky dog and a female 14-week-old mixed-breed puppy. Also being held separately were a female and a male 8-week-old puppies and a male 7-month-old puppy, all of mixed breed.
