Burger Feed fundraiser, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m., Eagles Club. Meal includes salad, baked beans, chips and all the fixings with 1/4-pound burger, $7, and double burger, $8. All proceeds, along with some proceeds from 6:30 p.m. bingo, go toward the current Eagles Club project.

QuickBooks, a two-day Community Ed class, 6 - 8 p.m., Havre High Media Room 11B. The class topics include entering sales information, receiving payments, making de-posits, entering and paying bills, and how to setup and complete a payroll cycle and will provide a 200 page reference reference resource. Knife Skills for the kitchen, a Community Ed class, 6 - 8 p.m., Havre Middle School Room 162, with Extension Agent Kati Purkett teaching all about knives from buying to holding one, how to dice, slice, chop, julienne and more, plus a few garnishing tricks.
