Havre Police Department

Holly Marie Dorcheus of Havre, 36, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at the police station Monday at 9:06 a.m.

A summons was issued after an officer responded at 9:30 a.m. Monday to a tobacco violation at Havre Middle School.

Child and Family Services made a cross report to officers Monday at 2:25 p.m.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle, non-injury crash reported Monday at 3:01 p.m. on Ninth Avenue

Officers investigated a vehicle crash involving a truck and a Jeep at 10th Street and Fourth Avenue at 4:11 p.m. Monday.

Officers investigated a Monday 7:39 p.m. vehicle crash on First Street West involving a GMC and a Denali.

Donald Joseph Smith of Rudyard, 60, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after an 8:32 p.m. Monday vehicle stop on Third Avenue related to an 8:27 p.m. report that a male driver had struck another vehicle in the parking lot then got into an argument and appeared intoxicated.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A 13-year-old was issued a summons on an assault with minor injuries charge at Box Elder School Monday at 12:17 p.m.

Jamie Lauren Seymour of Chinook was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 3:05 p.m.

A summons was issued at a Box Elder establishment Monday at 5:35 p.m., but no details on the charges were provided.

A 5:20 a.m. report of a truck crashed in a ditch between mile markers 7 and 8 in Beaver Creek Park was referred to Montana Highway Patrol. A caller at 5:27 a.m. said the door on the vehicle was locked and the driver was unconscious, non-responsive and alcohol may have been involved. No report was listed on the Highway Patrol online incident site as of printing deadline this morning.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Monday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held 15 kittens of varying ages and three cats all of unknown gender, three female cats, two female 17-week-old kittens, two male 11-week-old kittens, a female 7-month-old kitten and a male 16-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held a female mixed-breed dog, a male catahoula leopard dog, a female and a male 8-week-old puppies, a male 8-month-old puppy, a female 19-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male shepherd dog and a male husky dog.
