Havre Police Department

Arlene Cheri Parrish of Lodge Pole, 38, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller on Third Street reported that people who had been asked to leave were going in and out of a window Wednesday at 9:33 a.m.

Tyrel Henry Bear of Havre, 35, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of children; Jona Jo Bear of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of children and on a Justice or City court warrant; Chad Allen Wagner of Havre, 25, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of children and on a Justice or City court warrant; and Charlotte Nicole Bearrobe of Havre, 25, was arrested on a state District Court warrant while officers were assisting probation and parole Wednesday at 10:38 a.m. on Third Street.

Petra Raven of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and trespass to vehicles after a Third Street West caller asked Wednesday at 10:39 a.m. to have a woman removed from the property.

Marcella Jean Noland of Havre, 50, was arrested on a charge of driving without vehicle insurance and on a Justice or City court warrant during a vehicle stop on Sixth Street at 2:48 p.m.

Clinton Scott Soosay of Rocky Boy, 37, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller on Fifth Avenue reported a two-vehicle, non-injury crash Wednesday at 2:50 p.m.

A Seventh Avenue caller reported finding a headlight assembly on the street Wednesday at 4:51 p.m.

A caller reported that juveniles were fist fighting at S-Curve Park on llth Street Wednesday at 6:22 p.m.

Kylie Jade Walker of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on charges of driving under the influence and minor in possession during a vehicle stop on 11th Street West at 12:44 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The sheriff's office dispatch log listed no arrests, summonses or investigations during the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held 16 kittens of varying ages and four cats all of unknown gender, three female cats, two male 11-week-old kittens and a female 7-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held three female and one male 10-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male catahoula leopard dog, a female and a male 9-week-old puppies, a male 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 19-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male shepherd dog and a male husky dog.
