Havre Police Department

A summons was issued after a caller at Havre Middle School reported a juvenile status offense Tuesday at 8:15 a.m. No details on the charges were provided.

Officers investigated a 9:11 a.m. Tuesday report that a child would not get out of a car to go to school at Sunnyside Elementary School.

Nathaniel Wayne Doney of Havre, 34, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance, operating a vehicle with fictitious plates, trespass to property and disorderly conduct, after a caller on Third Street reported Tuesday at 11:07 a.m. that a family member had shown up and she would like him to leave.

Tyson Keith Eagleman of Box Elder, 33, was arrested on a federal warrant served at the city prosecutor's office Tuesday at 1:52 p.m.

Officers investigated a complaint made Tuesday at 8:48 p.m. on 10th Street.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies were asked Tuesday at 7 a.m. to assist another agency in Hingham on County Road 155 North.

A caller on Fifth Street North reported Tuesday at 9:15 a.m. that someone had broken into a business.

At the request of Montana Highway Patrol troopers Tuesday at 4:08 p.m., deputies assisted in a pursuit that was northbound from Chouteau County. No one with the sheriff's office or highway patrol was made available to provide information, but this morning's jail roster listed Russell Houle being held on charges from the sheriff's office and highway patrol that include failure to appear, violation of conditions of release, fleeing or eluding, driving with a suspended driver's license, no vehicle insurance, no vehicle registration, resisting arrest, DUI, and open container.

Caleb Logan Denny of Box Elder, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at a Box Elder establishment Tuesday at 7:37 p.m. and was charged during intake at 8:45 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Richard James Olin-Berger of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of driving without a driver's license, possession of drug paraphernalia, no vehicle insurance and operating a vehicle with fictitious plates after a vehicle stop on the 100 Block of Second Street.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to eight calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held 10 kittens of varying ages and two cats all of unknown gender, two female cats, two female 23-week-old kittens, one male cat and one male 24-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held three female and one male 12-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a female mixed-breed dog, three male mixed-breed dogs, four 15-week-old puppies of unlisted gender, two female 21-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male husky dog and a male border collie-German shepherd cross dog. Also, one male and one female 7-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
