Havre Police Department

Wednesday at 8:25 a.m., someone dropped off a bicycle that had been sitting at a Third Street residence for a while.

Julia Larita-Jo Snow of Havre, 34, was arrested on a pick up and hold order with Adult Probation and Parole Wednesday at 10:40 p.m. at a First Street establishment.

Dustin Snow of Billings, 20, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller reported at 2:16 a.m. today that someone was on a Second Street rooftop and the home owner had a weapon.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Wednesday at 8:48 a.m., a caller reported a missing wallet that she left in a cart at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Marshall Earl Doney of Havre, 32, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault and on a Justice or City court warrant, and Katrina Rae Longknife of Great Falls, 32, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant in response to a 36th Avenue Northeast 911 call from a woman who was crying with a man yelling in the background.

Two arrests were made after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a theft, forgery or fraud Wednesday at 6:23 p.m. and deputies made a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 West at 7:25 p.m. No details on the charges were provided in the dispatch log, but Mark Allen Daniel of Havre, one of the people named as an involved party, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on charges of probation violation, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction of justice.

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Wednesday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held eight kittens of varying ages and all of unknown gender, three female cats, two female 23-week-old kittens, one male cat, one female 16-week-old kitten and one male 24-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held three female and one male 12-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a female mixed-breed dog, three male mixed-breed dogs, four 15-week-old puppies of unlisted gender, a female 21-week-old pit bull puppy, a male 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 21-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male husky dog and a male border collie-German shepherd cross dog. Also, a male and a female 8-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
