A summons was issued after a juvenile with a vape pen was reported Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at Havre High School. No details on charges were provided.

Stephanie Rae Spottedeagle of Havre, 47, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after officers followed up on a Thursday 4:49 p.m. call to 911 from Second Street West went dead and no one answered a return call.
