Havre Police Department

Charlye Jillian Garcia of Havre, 32, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and Kaleb Emanuel Freyholtz of Havre, 31, was issued a summons on a trespass to property charge after a caller on Second Street reported a possible break-in in a tool trailer at a rental property Friday at 12:30 p.m.

A Second Street caller asked Friday at 3 p.m. to speak with officers about his rental property.

Cale Stillwagon of Butte, 19, was issued a summons on charges of minor in possession and use of false identification to get alcohol after a caller at a Second Street business asked officers Friday at 3:59 p.m. to come look at an ID that might be fake.

Errol A. Mann of Havre, 45, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, open container, assault, trespass to property and trespass to vehicles after a Friday 8:18 p.m. caller reported a fight in progress on Second Street.

Clifford BlackElk of Hays, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and Wilson Joel BlackElk III of Hays, 33, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a Ninth Avenue business reported a party going on next door at 12:58 a.m. Saturday.

A Boulevard Avenue caller reported Saturday at 1:42 p.m. that someone hit the caller's mailbox during the night and then took the mailbox with them.

Saturday at 4:35 p.m., a caller on 16th Street West reported that a group of girls had been playing around with rocks and accidentally broke a neighbor's window.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 59, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a First Street West business reported an intoxicated man.

Warren Paul Small Sr. of Box Elder, 59, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at 13th Street West and Ike Avenue needed a ride.

Officers provided assistance after a caller said Saturday at 11:39 p.m. that a man wrapped in a blanket was sleeping in the doorway of a Sixth Avenue building.

Three arrests were made during a 2:19 a.m. Sunday vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest. No details on the charges was provided.

A caller asked Sunday at 8:59 a.m. for a well-being check on someone on Third Street.

Someone stopped at the police station Sunday at 10:15 a.m. to report that a man was stalking her.

Officers provided assistance after a caller at the hospital reported Sunday at 12:58 p.m. that a patient was being unruly.

Officers investigated a fender bender reported Sunday at 4:39 p.m. on First Street West.

A 10:23 p.m. Sunday caller in the Havre area asked to speak with an officer for assistance.

Kelyssa Mika Main of Box Elder, 23, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and Dyan Yvonne Watson was issued a summons on charges of failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance and headlamp violation at 12:41 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The sheriff's office dispatch log was not made available due to the holiday.

Montana Highway Patrol

Troopers reported a vehicle crash with an injury Friday at 7:50 p.m. in Beaver Creek Park at Montana Highway 234 mile marker 19. No one was made available to provide details on the crash.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday, one call Friday, 10 calls Saturday and three calls Sunday.

Firefighters responded to two calls over the weekend, the first Friday at 10:17 p.m. for a carbon monoxide alarm on the 700 Block of Third Avenue where a trace amount of gas was detected when the furnace kicked on. The scene was turned over to NorthWestern Energy. The second call was Sunday at 5:42 p.m. on the 800 Block of Fourth Street where a fire alarm needed resetting after smoke from burned food set off the alarm.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held six kittens of varying ages and of unknown gender, three female cats, two female 24-week-old kittens, one male cat, one female 17-week-old kitten and one male 25-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held a female mixed-breed dog, two male mixed-breed dogs, four 16-week-old puppies of unlisted gender, a female 21-week-old pit bull puppy, a female 22-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male husky dog and a male border collie-German shepherd cross dog. Also, a male and a female 8-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
