Havre Police Department

Jacquline Coleen Chiefstick of Box Elder, 41, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after a caller at Third Street and 10th Avenue reported a woman laying on the ground Monday at 3:28 p.m.

Arthur Ryan Windyboy Sr. of Havre, 44, was arrested on a state District Court warrant, a pick up and hold order, and charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a report was made from Second Street Monday at 3:59 p.m. that a man with a warrant might be in the area.

An arrest was made on First Street during a Monday 6:14 p.m. vehicle stop, but no details on charges were provided.

Police investigated a Monday 8:07 p.m. 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Louis Joseph Morsette Jr. of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and disorderly conduct and on a state District Court warrant and a Justice or City court warrant after someone stopped at the police station Monday at 9:05 p.m. asking to speak with an officer about a noise complaint.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Someone stopped at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 10:51 a.m. to report lost or found property.

Jacob Logan James Folk of Havre, 32, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served at the detention center Monday at 3:11 p.m.

Monday at 3:30 p.m., someone on Hingham Road reported suspicious activity.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Monday and one early this morning.

Firefighters responded to three calls Monday. At 10:40 a.m., they reset a fire alarm on the 10 Block of Third Street West after the alarm was set off by cooking smoke. At 10:59 a.m., the responded to a carbon monoxide alarm on the 400 Block of Second Avenue but didn't detect the gas, so turned the scene over to a NorthWestern Energy crew. And at 6:20 p.m., they assisted with resetting a fire alarm after a fire drill on the 300 Block of Seventh Street

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held six kittens of varying ages and of unknown gender, three female cats, one female 25-week-old kitten, one male cat, one female 18-week-old kitten and one male 6-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male shepherd dog, two female mixed-breed dogs, a female 21-week-old mixed breed dog, a male mixed-breed dog, a male Labrador retriever dog and a male border collie-German shepherd dog. Also, a male and a female 9-week-old mixed-breed puppies and a female mixed-breed dog were being held separately.
